I've done a bit of searching and found I can connect a parralel printer to a USB port with an adapter.

However, it is my printer that is USB nad I only have a parralel port on the pc.

What options do I have?

Thanks.

What you need is a PCI usb card for your computer. Get yours here:

£9.17 inc. VAT

AS GSM says, a PCI - USB card is fairly cheap.

You can also get 2 or 3 port cards but there is only about a £1 difference so the 5 port is best value for money :)

Exactly... save yourself the certain trouble and spend € 15,- on a pci or external usb-hub. Just plug it in and all ready to roll

if your computer is that old that it doesn't have a usb port, get a new one!!!!

also, make sure that your operationg system supports usb
