Surround Sound Info Required

I am looking for a 5.1 system but am looking to keep cost down as low as possible at present i got a PS3 normal sky and a dvd player been hunting online a bit and have seen THIS (http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/-/281/363/-/5320461/Samsung-HT-TZ215R-800-Watt-5-1-Channel-Home-Cinema-System-With-Tallboy-Speakers/Product.html?searchtype=genre) system

What i am wondering is will it be able to connect up everything that i got to and from my HD Tv and more importantly is it any good ? I have looked at some of the amp packages out there but most of them seem to be at the budget that i have for the system total (£250 ish)

Advised / suggestions really welcome

This is a budget system, with inbuilt DVD Player. It will not have all the necessary inputs to hook up other devices, in the same way that a Receiver would offer.

If you consider what is included in the price .... i.e. a DVD Player, Amp, 5 speakers and a Sub, you probably dont have to think too hard to realise the quality is not going to compare to the Receiver packages, but then that's what the difference in price means ;)
