dvd's have come down pretty heavily over the past weeks, but wheres the cheapest place to get dvd cases?

Yep, SVP now only charge 8p per case if you buy 200 or more compared to 12p per case otherwise.

why £3.99 to post anything though?????
home page states from £1.20, but cheapest option of £3.99 at checkout bumps up the cost of cheap/light things like cases

They are not small and they are not light to say the least now are they? That's just life when it comes to postal charges and can be the one downside of ordering from the web at times on otherwise cheap items and you can't fault the retailer for that. If you join the buyers club though you can take advantage of 99p or even 1p delivery charges when the offers run, seem to be on average every fortnight overall.
