need help :virus ?

hi lads got a big problem
today when i switched on computer i keeped getting message
saying computer might be infected etc
i ran my spyware program malwarebytes and atni virus nod 32
they found threats which i deleted
once i rebooted system i couldnt get back into windows
it keep saying windows has encountered a probelm and needs to shut ,then i was just left with a screens
i managed to get into safe mode
and reran both programs and also installed spybot and ran that aswell
it found more threats which i have deleted once again
now i get a box saying
data execution prevention -mcrosoft windows
inside
to help protect your computer windows has closed this program
name :windows logon gui
close message
when i close it just reopens again
i cant get rid of it
also when i go into my network connection ,the firewall is turned off ,and when i try to turn it back on i get the message
windows firewall sttings cannot be displayed beacuse the associted service is not running do you want to start it
when i click yes it says
windows cannot start the windows firewall/internet connection sharing (ics)service

anyone any ideas

If you can manage to get into Windows via Safe Mode you should be able to turn off the DEP.....

If a program is failing and you want to disable DEP to see if that is the cause. Here are the steps. (Just disable DEP for the program in question… don’t disable it for your whole system.)

1. Click Start
2. Select Control Panel
3. Select System
4. Click the Advanced tab
5. In the Performance region select Settings
6. Click the Data Execute tab in the dialog box that opens
7. Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except for those I
select
8. Click Add.
9. The open dialog box will open. Browse and select your application.
10. Click Open
11. Click Apply
12. Click Ok
13. Reboot
