The Kingston sticks are better but make sure your mobo supports at least 2.2V RAM.

Enter the BIOS then check how high the DRAM Voltage can go. For ex: 2.0V, 2.1V, 2.2V, .... or +0.1V, +0.2V, +0.3V. The standard DDR2 voltage is 1.8V so +0.2V means the setting is for 1.8V + 0.2V = 2.0V.

looks like i can't my mobo is the asus m2n32 pro sli ws

Page 4-21 of the manual (http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socketAM2/M2N32%20WS%20Pro/e2560_m2n32-ws-pro.pdf) states that it supports up to 2.5V DDR2 Voltage so it will run the Kingston in your 1st post OK.

I think this is correct.....
If you go into the BIOS and select:
Advanced Settings then JumperFree Configuration you should see DDR2 Voltage Control, this should allow you to adjust between (I believe) 1.8v to 2.5v in 0.025 steps.
Also check you have the latest BIOS version, which I think is now ver.1501.....
Hope this helps.....

You're welcome! Many times we will need to set the RAM voltage and timings manually to its specs. The default settings are the standard values and each memory module has its own specs.
