Unable to access one website

Hi, I am having trouble accessing a certain website. www.mobiles.co.uk (http://www.mobiles.co.uk) keeps timing out on both my computers even though i know its up and running because i had to use my cousins adsl connection to order my new phone.
Ive changed the dns settings in my router to no avail and ive adjusted the mtu value too but nothing i do seems to cure this issue.

I am unable to ping the website using either a cmd prompt or with my routers inbuilt tool (netgear dg834GT)

Any ideas anyone?

It sounds like the MTU problem to me. Did you try 1480 and 1400?

Just tried both your suggestions Van Nugent and still no improvement :(

LOL thats what it was, ive tried 1490, 1400 and 1480 now. Not really important that i visit the website just curious as to why it wont connect on my network whereas it does on my cousins (different isps mind)
