Incredimail crasing -error message ??

my e-mail client incredimal keeps crashing with this error message
exception:ACCESS_VIOLATION-on reading from 0013A90
MODULE :FLASH.OCX
any ideas on whats happening ?

Try upgrading to the latest version of Flash Player from Adobe's web site.

thanks Phil, uninstalled the one I had and d/l the latest , worked fine
going to get rid of incredimail now as its taking quite a bit of memory up , going to try foxmail
