PS3 Controller Question.

Hey all. (or should I say mmace lol)
Just got a quick question about my ps3 that does my head in. If im watching a movie on it is there a way to turn the controller off? coz i feel like im having to stick it on charge way to much, or does it just generally run out quickly? I swear ive managed to do it before.

hold down the PS button, one of the options is to turn the controller off, just press PS again to turn it back on

If u go into powersalve in the options menu u can set the pad to turn off if inactive for more than 10mins
