drivers help

got a pc here, device manager is not recognizing

ethernet controller
multimedia audio controller

what info can i give to find/and where will i find the drivers

its a custom build, running xp home, motherboard is microstar ms6728 2.00 bios AMI V3A

For these older boards that the manufacturers no longer support, we need to know who actually made the chipset for each component. I believe the board (MSI-865PE) uses Realtek AC'97 (http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=23&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false) audio and Realtek PCI Gigabit (http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=4&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=true) NIC.
