Cant get TV MODE TO WORK

I have the s video cable all hooked up but it comes up with a error saying "there was a problem enabling TV mode. Check the TV cable and try again"

A lil more info please! What OS, video card, and the exact error message.

might be the directx9b TV TUNER fix is required for ur card
