black and white problem

when its plugged into telly in kids room theres no colour but on other tvs its fine any ideas? its connected by the red yellow and white jacks

try changing the output settings on the 360 to PAL-50 or PAL-60

or try it with the scart adapter block if the TV has a scart socket

or get an RGB scart cable for it
