HDMI problem!

Just got a HDMI unit but when I connect it to my Sharp Aquos TV I get this -

(and no, Im not watching The Matrix dvd!). I try it upstairs on my crappy Accoustic Solutions TV and its fine! Any ideas? Connects through component fine.

New to the old HDMI so dont know if there's any settings I need to change on the Xbox or the TV?

looks like your sharp's hdmi is fubarred.

you don't need to do anything, apart from possibly change the tv settings in the settngs blade.

but i don't have to do that when i switch between component or HDMI.
