Channel 4 catch-up not playing

Hi all,
I can't play CH4 catch-up on my laptop. I get a series of adverts and then just a still picture of a woman at the hairdressers???? The timer seems to be running as if the show is actually playing, but theres no video or sound, just the burd at the hairdressers.

Hope someone can help.

Hello again folks, just tried the stuff on this page;

but to no avail.

Just to clarify matters, I am running WIndows Vista Business and the only thing in my DRM folder is a folder called 'server' which is empty.

Any other suggestions greatfully accepted.

Bobby, did you ever get this one resolved, I am having the exact same problem. Vista Business 64. I just get the hair dryers like you did. It seemed not to work after some update but I can't remember what update it was!
