EA Games on Live?

My two kids(age 12 and 10) have live accounts but they can not play fifa 09 on live as they get a message saying they are too young.
I have read that EA do not allow you to play online if you are under 13 is that right?and is there anyway to fix it?
It seems pretty crap that they can play COD4&5 and GTA but not football,golf etc:confused:

isnt it in the parental control settings on the 360????'you might have it set to a certain age as in 15,12,pg,if ya know what i mean matey

theres a option in system settings i think for setting parental controls. its m$ way of trying protect younger kids going online, as they cannot control foul language etc

The setting were changed for my kids to play other games from the start,the problem is with EA games only Fifa 09 etc??
