is there a setting in nero 9 that allows to overburn an 80 minute cdr, i couldnt find it in nero 8 eiither, so keep reverting back to nero 7 when theres a disc slightly longer than 80 mins

Not sure about version 9, but in version 8, it's under File/Options/Expert Features.

It's under File/Options/Expert Features tab like Phil said in both 8 and 9.
