Sasser Update Patch??

Just want to know if there is a Microsoft Patch you can download and install to stop it coming back. I know you can get it through windows update but I have loads of computers to fix and thought it would be easier if I had the Microsoft Patch on Disk.

I already have the Symantec Removal Tool.

Any help would be great :)
