Playing 'Backup' Games Early

I downloaded the new Fifa 09,i have Xbox live but want to play the game just with my kids not on Live.
The game is not out to this friday
I do not want to play it on Live until friday

Is it ok to play?(without getting banned when i do play Live) if you see what i mean
