New linux user (pclinux) vm workstation

Hi guys i am completely new to Linux, i am running it through vm workstation on my xp machine.
What i need to know is this, how can i transfer say linux drivers i have d/loaded to my xp.
I have enabled file sharing in VM workstation but cant find them in linux or cant see how to send them to my linux.

the best thing and easiest i would say is to create a fat32 shared drive on your xp machine, and then using your Lnux machine you can map the drive.

the drive can be a usb mem stick aswell.
