modem/lan driver needed

Hi I have just reformatted a friends pc, he had none of the original discs, I am having problems with the lan/modem card in that I cannot find drivers, been at it about three hours now, van anyone help please. The modem is sun hold THD-0301L and the chipset is Conexant CX06834-11 the os is(Windows XP Professional) thank in advance ;)

I believe the Conexant CX06834-11 is a HCF chipset so please try:

XP driver for PCI modems: http://www.conexant.com/support/files/HCFp_WinXP.zip

XP driver for USB modems: http://www.conexant.com/support/files/HCFu_WinXP.zip

The driver above has installed drivers for the modem, but the ethernet controller is still showing a yellow question mark, despite the device being all in one :( any ideas ? sorry van this post was refering to duffy's post, thanks I shall give them a try.
