Problems loading some games

I've backed up quite a nice stack of games, but there are a few games that are causing me problems and wanted to know if any of you out there had some words of wisdom for me, as I've only been doing this for a month.
-Pirates of the Caribbean (flashes a white screen and freezes)
-MLB SlugFest 2004 (opens at trademark screen and freezes)
-Unreal II (opens game with disc dirty or damaged screen)

I am currently running on a 1.0 box with xecuter2.3b lite+, and i've been flashing with either m7 or 4979.67. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Were these games downloaded? If so then it would help if you know the groups that released them.

I remember having problems with unreal 2, can't remember exactly how I fixed it.

Are these games being tested off the hdd or disc?

Nope, these were all games that I own. I've burned them to different types of DVDs, so I'm convinced it isn't my media. But nope, none of these games were downloaded.

with xecuter2.3b lite+, and i've been flashing with either m7 or 4979.67 on a 1.5 xbox

i have the same prob with Unreal 2(downloaded though)

it used to work from hdd but dont work from disc since i got a new xbox with newer bios

it worked with x2 4977 bios though
