what is the best app to monitor the temp of my pc and not ram hungry when running???

as it says peeps,i want it to just run in the background just to keep an eye on the temp of my pc but i want one that doesnt chew up the ram,so i want to be able to disable it as and when i want from the desktop????

CoreTemp (http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/) should suffice for most processors.
It is virtually invisible at approximately 2664K and can be placed in the Startup folder for auto running.
