Cue sheet error ..help required:(

CUE SHEET it errors below from CD3 of the man on fire ThP (http://www.vcdquality.com/index.php?genre=1&grp=418) release (SVCD)

TRACK 01 MODE2/2352

INDEX 01 00:00:00

TRACK 02 MODE2/2352

any help on this much appreciated

Did you look at the cue for Disk 1 & disk 2?
does the info look the same except for the "cd3" part?

When I have a problem with a cue file (Especialy disk 2 or up) I check the 1st disk cue and see if there is a type error and fix it myself.
