Hi peeps

Having a big problem and keep getting an error relating to a "kernel debug logger" which doesnt seem to be loaded.

Can anyone explain what a kernel debug does - and how can I fix problems with it??

Thanks

If your problem is airport related have a look on these discussion forums, you might find an answer:

NO luck there - Is there anyway to boot the computer with airport disabled???

Have tried "safe" boot but it wont boot....
Tried booting of mac os cd it wont boot....
Tried resetiing the pvram and pmu but no luck...

Is it possible that when I opened the lappy I could have unseated the airport card?? Is this likely??

Thanks

With the computer off I would take the card out:

and try a restart.
If the problems persist have a look at the memory.

I just went to apple discussions and just like string said it might be a memory problem

Got the boot but no airport card now so assuming Ive damaged it....boots everytime but now no internet! Im thinking i may have dislodged a wire when I opened it...

Can anyone point me towards any diagrams of how airport connects to the board....I had a bit of resistance putting one of the screws back in at the rear of the lappy..possibly I damaged something???

APart from that it boots everytime now and no crashes!!! You peeps are topz thanks for the input!!!

Hi peeps

It was a cracked connector on the logic board causing the problems - am thinking I will give airport a miss as it will cost £500 to fix - so maybe I will hardwire it....

Many Thanks
