Anyone here a network security manager?

Basically Im at university and doing a report on Personnel Security

I have a case study on a company which I have to read and talk about what measures the company should take to minimised personnel security.

I have some ideas down but was wondering if anyone does this/ has done this for real. (implemented different things to stop security being breached) and if you could read it through (2 pages long) and give me some ideas on things I should talk about.

Would be really grateful if someone could give 10 minutes of their time to read the case study and give me ideas! and hey.. you might find it interesting haha
