You should find them all here (http://support.fujitsu-siemens.com/com/support/downloads.html)
Not all drivers are signed by Microsoft, but if they are on the Fujitsu website, you should be fine.
This particular Laptop is available from Fujitsu with their twin boot disk (XP Pro or Vista), so the drivers definitely exist.
I would imagine the Sm Bus Controller is in the Chipset drivers.
Also LAN and WLAN Drivers should sort out all your Networking needs.

For WPA2 support, you'll need Windows XP SP3 or if you're running XP-SP2 and don't want to install the SP3 now, you can install the hotfix downloaded from this page (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/893357).
