Disc stuck in the drive

Hi, I've got a 360 that's got to go off to microsoft to be fixed. It's got a copied game lodged in the drive. Will I have to take it apart to get it out? The drive opens and closes fine. I'm not overly keen on sending it to ms with the game in the drive

i had the same prob matey,i just opened my drive and gave it a good shake and game popped out,but DO NOT send it off with the game in there as you will have no chance of them reparing it matey:(
