Difference in Ultimate & Home Premium

what are the differences in terms of size and memory consumption between vista home premium and ultimate?

If you have 2gb you should be able to run both ok.

Edit: 1GB of RAM is a bit too little for Ultimate and Premium. As Andy said, 2GB is the min I would recommend.
