How much of a performace upgrade would I get?

I have an old laptop. It has a 200mhz P1 processor in it. I have researched it (it was given to me free) and I have found I can have up to 128MB or ram in it. I currently have 64MB, do you reckon it's worth it? It's not that expensive, and the main reason I use it is for playing Music, Internet and work through my network.

REALLY depends on how much 'not expensive' is.

Yeah you will notice a difference, but without knowing how much you are paying for the upgrade, I can't say if it would be worth it.
