How do u know a game is patched?

I always try and buy my 360 games patched to play online but there is a few I have that I`m not sure if they are patched or not, is there any way of telling if they are patched?

Google xdvdmulleter and download that, that will check for stealth files and tell you whether the game is stealthed. It really easy to use, all you do is load up the iso and it will show you.
