Hi all,
Heres the situation, I want to be able to turn my PC on at home so that I can remote administer it while I'm at work. I've kind of guessed that wake-on-lan is the way to go but need some help and advice.
Home PC (The one I want to turn on)
Broadband connection with static IP
ADSL modem router connected to internet and via network cable to my pc
Wake on lan is enabled in my bios
Work PC
Broadband connection over LAN
ADSL modem router on the LAN
What do I need to get this to work, some software???
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
