help with old tft monitor

hi all i bought this moniior ages ago and now i think its about to die!

rather that buy new any chance of fixing it?

it works fine for about 10 seconds then starts to flicker, go blocky then goes all messed up, turn it off and it does it again?

I don't know about fixing it but i do like your desktop wallpaper where did you get it from.
