Port forwarding the Sky router

Can someone guide me through port forwarding my Sky broadband wireless router please?

I have Sky broadband so the router is whatever the standard one they supply. I want to forward ports for Azureus and I'm using Vista. I've tried the port forwarding website but I couldn't quite figure how to do it.
