Xbox 360 Green lights???

Xbox 360 problem.. Hey fellas can you help..
I sold an Xbox 360 before Christmas after Microsoft installed a new Motherboard because of the 3 red light scenario.
Now the person I sold it to sent me this as a problem they are now getting ...Anyone know the solution to the problem

It has always caused a bit of trouble with regards to the screen freezing during game play but someone told me that can happen? However as from last night the Xbox turns on with a green light in the centre of the button on the console but no solid green ring around as normal and does not register to the TV or the wireless controller which flashes green constantly

The missing ring sounds like he needs to re-sync the controller to the xbox.

There's a sync button on the from of the 360 and a tiny one on the back / middle of the controller.


No idea on the tv not working tho, sorry.

If he hasnt played it before, the AV cable could be set to 'HDTV' and plugged into a standard port.

This would cause no display.
