Original Games on Modded 360 on live??

Can I still get banned if I only use original games when using live, or can Microsoft detect that the dvd drive has been modded????

They detect the discs not the firmware. If you have an iXtreme firmware (preferably the latest) and you only go online with originals you should be safe from banning.

some ppl do believe tho that M$ log things offline, so like when u play a ckup offline if it gives a incling to the xbox its a backup, this information is sent back to m$ but no one knows 100%. Nothings 100% safe but spose it could be safer than playin both online.
