Any ideas on how to fix this problem seems to be when the other signs in the one that was connected gets disconnected,and usually only way to sign back in is to restart virgin modem.I think i have got all the settings in my belkin router set to what they should be as the live test comes back all good and nat also open.Both connections are wired connections with the pc also connected through the router,daughter has no problems with connecting to router through her laptop wirelessly so i fail to see what the problem could be.We can get to be both on at the same time it just usually takes resetting the cable modem.Any help/ideas appreciated,thanks.
