Getting past the password in the Bios...

Is it possible to get past the bios password? It seems we set it up and now it won't let us past it. We know the password but maybe we put it in wrong... is there a solution? I've heard there was but I just can't remember how to go about it. It's a celeron if that makes any difference.... Thanks... CFizz :)

Clear the CMOS. Look in your mobo's manual to find the jumper. Or remove the battery and let the comp sit there overnight (maybe more).

this was a problem when i had to repair a freinds.just removing the battery for a minute removed the password.

Yup this worked on my Compaq Laptop too ;)
