I have just connected to xbox live last week and was using my portable tv in a bedroom beside the main PC because I didnt have a wireless adapter for the 360, I bought one last night and moved the 360 up to the living room so I could play on HD but I cant get the wireless adapter to work.
I thought it would automatically find my router and connect and I`d be online in no time, could someone give me an idiots guide on the setup of this?
My main PC is wireless too if that makes any difference, ( there is nothing actually connected to the netgear router it just sits in my hall).
Thanks Steecy

Got the xbox live sorted so if someone could post a step through on how to connect my PC so I can stream movies from it that would be great.
I start up windows media and click on library then media sharing but there`s no sign of anything to select.

run media player 11 - click library/ media sharing make sure your 360 is there and there is a tick next to it - then just add your folders where your files are
