Like a T** i am started deleting all my emails last nite after having a couple of shandys too many :bawling: to clear up my inbox,,,ii then deleted then deleted items folder ,,,now have realised that i have deleted a couple which had my login names and passwords on for certain forums,,,Is there any way i can recover these ,,,am ok at the mo but as soon as i dlte my temp internet files and cookies am gonna need to know them....Am currently using incredimail as my email proggy......
Any body got any ideas????

Bummer.
If you were using one of the more mainstream mail apps it would be quite easy, but I dunno about Incredimail. HOWEVER - a possible solution would be to recover the usernames and logins from your web browser - there are plenty of apps like this one (http://www.rixler.com/internet_explorer_password_revealer.htm) for IE that do this (use google and search for password recovery or revealer, hopefully you use a common web browswer ...).

Thanx for your reply m8 will give that a go as you suggested,,just out off interest how would u go about it if i was using outlook or outlook express?

No probs, hope that works out for you.
You can find apps on the web for recovering deleted mail from Outlook and OE, but I guess incredimail is less mainstream so doesn't have that kind of "support".
