Scrubs DVD won't work on 360

I'm currently using my 360 as my DVD player. I got Scrubs season 5 for xmas but when I put it in my xbox it won't play it and comes up as unreadable disc. The discs work on my lappy. Any ideas why they don't work?

to play dvd's on my xbox 360 i use the hd dvd player which is a addon unit.

Other DVD's work fine (even earlier seasons of Scrubs work OK).

the 360 does play dvds,it just dont play HDDVD without the HDDVD unit...
is your dvd the right region for the 360 that you have matey???

maybe it's a bug with the production of that disc. try it on another 360?
