if i get 360 refashed

son as got a 360 alreday flashed(early flash)never been on line or even plugged into live. so figger it won't be banned. if i get it reflashed to latest ixtreme firmware will it be save to go on line, as in past it probs had every backup released played on it
also wouls it be safe to install my hd from my banned 360

You should be fine with the HD from the banned machine as they seem to be encouraging people to buy another machine and keep their GamerTag.

Turn on your 360 without a game in the drive, and try to connect to Live.

If you connect ok - you have as much chance as anyone staying online if you upgrade.

just tryed connecting the box says cable disconnected think the cable socket must be shagged as when i connect my box it trys to connect but mine banned.
the box is over a year old so figger ms won't mend the network socket
under warrenty. should i phone and say 3 red ring and hope they don't check
and als osay socket was playing up also
