Linksboks help...

actually, i think it's more my network settings than linksboks itself. I can FTP into my xbox, and I can access stuff on my PC from XBMP, so I know the xbox is on the network. I use a static IP, not sure if that matters or not.

But I can't connect to the internet through linksboks. I connect through a router, and right now have the gateway address set to the router's internal IP (192.168.1.1), is that the IP I should be using? Also, I have no idea what to put for the DNS servers, since I don't have any selected on my PC either.

Are there any other settings I need to mess with.

hey i just checked my set up and as links boks's read me and it says it takes the dns and gateway settings from your dash and reffing my multiple dash settings, they all have the dns set to the same value as the gateway so it'd 192.168.1.1 for you

try that and see if it works
