HELP........Recovery SWARE REQ!!)

I just managed to lose ALL of my photos from the last 5 years .
i was in the process of trasfering them from my backup drive to a larger bakup drive and somehow really do not know how it happened but NONE of my photos transfered across most of my other stuff transfered across ok it appears that only my pictures are missing (i do not care about the other stuff its the pics i need!)
can any one suggest software for either the PC or the mac

we can do the recovery of your files 100%
if you dont know what your doing all your photos will fail
and your lose them forever

as software will try and recover and repair at the same time
which is a no no

Try and get a copy of *EnCase* it's on the n'groups.

Probably the best software for this kind of thing, in the world.

if you dont know how to use encase dont

this will damaged the files and be beyond recovery

? Encase is used by the police and a lot of others for forensic recovery of any and all data on hard drives. The main reason for this is there's no possible way to tell if your hard drive has been touched by it or anyone.
It can also recover anything from a hard drive that has been f'disked (not the lesser format) up to 8 times.
Never had a problem with it in all the times I've used it.
