Hi guys, got a bit of a weird problem, recently I've been having problems moving zip and exe files from my laptop to my desktop- all other files (office files, rar, multiple audio formats) can be dragged across from a netowrked folder to a local folder but when i try moving zips or exe files (possibly zip files containing exe files) then it fails and says it can't move it and tells me to make sure that the files isn't in use (all i wanna do is copy it across) which i know it isn't.
Laptop running xp pro, and desktop running xp home. Is there some windows safegaurd that doesn't allow certain files to be transfered by default? at the moment i have to rar them up andtrasfer them that way- which is a bit of a pain :(
