Viewing SCART output on a VGA monitor

Hi guys, not sure if ive posted this in the correct forum, apologies if not.

Anyone know if there is some sort of adapter to connect a SCART output to a VGA input?

I have a spare LG Flatron 15" TFT and was wondering if there was any way I could connect the output of a digital TV box to it and get a high quality picture.

Was looking at something like this (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4125592583&category=16164) and was wondering if it would work.

Any advice would be great.

that looks like it would be ideal, as it says from any video source, however it does not list scart nso you would prob have to use s video
