unable to load disc

hope you can help

Ive got a diagnostic softwre disc which was licenced to my laptop...since upgrading my Mobo and HDD it wont load as it is looking for the orig hardware/programme?

anyway round this....(ps is is an orig disc not back-up)

but its fuel injection diagnostic...

can i clone the old HDD? if so what typr of prog?
