Which cpu is faster.

A P4 2.8Ghz 800mhz FSB with HT overclock to 3.2Ghz or a regular P4 3.2 Ghz 800mhz FSB with HT?

Performance should be the same, or at least very near it.

Well when overclocked your fsb would be around 912mhz which isn't much of a difference from the stock 800, but theres a $100 difference between the 2.8 and 3.2.

The overclocked CPU. Since you would most likely be overclocking the RAM too, and what would increase the RAM bandwith.

Assuming you can run memory 1:1... the overclocked one -- OF course!
