Advice needed on arranging my mp3 collection please!!

I have a large number of music update cd's and dvd's filled with music mp3's. I am new to this type of thing and wonder if there is a piece of software around that would help me to arrange all my music into a list format so that I know exactly what I have?
Hopefully something that would read and organise all my discs for me :)

You can also give Advanced Disk Catalog a shot.
I'm currently using this and it works.

Stick in your cd into the cdrom, and it shows you everything that you have on that cd (or dvd).
