Mouse Problem

A thing has recently started with my mouse. I have to double click, or sometimes click 3-4 times, before anything loads or opens (for example on websites).

This is very annoying and I was wondering if it is the mouse becoming f00ked from overuse or if I have unwittingly changed a setting.

It's just a Dell black mouse.

The only thing you may have changed is the double click speed.

Go to Control Panel/Mouse and see if changing this helps.

If not ... maybe time for a new rodent ;)

To rule out the mouse's fault, try pluging in another one and see if the problem still percists.

Cheers guys, reduced the mouse double click speed as you said PhilEnfield (http://www.dvdrom-guide.com/forums/member.php?u=97) vbmenu_register("postmenu_11961", true); and that seems to have done the job perfectly!
