Pioneer 106 quick Q.

Just a quickie, but i've noticed that my pioneer 106 is actually a 106D. What does the D stand for? or whats the difference?

Should also point out that its not an official 106 but the black fronted medion version from Aldi supermarkets. Could this be why?
