Does anyone have hdd 1.0

I'm looking for the hdd ulility disc, since the 1.10 drivers that came with my hdd don't work with my dms.

Check out PS2OWNZ in the HDD section, I think there are some links. If not it will atleast give you the file name, and you can google it from there.
